After you have chosen an apartment for purchase, you will make a deposit in the amount of 2000 euros. Before that, we, as part of the preparation of the transaction, check, at our own expense, the apartment for the absence of any encumbrances, mortgages, and so on. Next, you either transfer 2000 euros to our account, or to the account of the lawyer who will conduct the transaction, or you come and personally make the deposit amount. After that, we conclude a deposit agreement, in which we specify all the terms of the agreement(the date of the transaction, the amount of the transaction, the payment procedure.
After that, a notarial act is issued, in the process of which, you pay the entire amount and get the property of housing.
Expenses:
1) 500 euros, for the services of a lawyer (registration of a notarial act, re-registration of all invoices for you, participation in the transaction as an interpreter, etc.).
2) 4.4% of the transaction amount. Of these : 3.3% community tax and 1.1% notary tax. It is calculated from the tax assessment of the apartment(this amount may vary, depending on the tax assessment).
